All sales are final.
Returns and refunds are only available for damaged or defective products from the manufacturer. Products pass through quality control multiple times before shipping so these cases are extremely rare.

Please be very careful unwrapping and mounting your print as we are not responsible for user damage.

For inquiries about returns send a photo and description, within 10 days of the ship date for Canadian and US orders or within 15 days for international orders.

We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition that it was received, and must also be in the original packaging.

All returns are handled on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to use our discretion when determining eligibility of returns. Shipping costs are not covered for a returned item, and returns should be received within 30 days.
